Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund of the item price and standard delivery. This is your legal right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Your 14-day right to cancel
- You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day after you receive it, without giving any reason.
- To cancel, contact us via our contact form with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can use the model cancellation wording below, but you don't have to.
- You can also cancel before your order arrives.
Sending the item back
- Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling. We'll reply with the return address.
- You pay the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty or not what you ordered.
- Please package it carefully. We recommend a tracked or signed-for service and keeping proof of postage.
Your refund
- We refund the price you paid for the item and the standard delivery charge you paid.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you giving us proof that you've sent it back, whichever is sooner.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method (for example, your PayPal account). We don't charge any fee for refunds.
- You may handle the item as you would in a shop to check it. If it has been handled beyond that and its value is reduced (for example, worn and damaged), we may deduct the reduced value from your refund, as the law allows.
Arrived damaged? Quick replacement
If your necklace arrives broken or damaged, send us a photo via our contact form within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, and we'll send a replacement free of charge — no need to post the damaged one back. We can do this once per order. This is an extra promise on top of your legal rights below: if you tell us later than 48 hours, or prefer a refund, your statutory rights still apply in full.
Faulty or incorrect items
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right — with a repair, replacement or refund as the law provides — and we'll cover reasonable return postage.
