We deliver within the United Kingdom only, and delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.

The price you see on the product page is the price you pay to have it delivered to a UK address.

How long it takes

Processing and delivery together usually take 7–12 business days from the day you place your order.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Occasionally an order can take longer, for example during busy periods, bank holidays or carrier disruption. If your order hasn't arrived after 12 business days, please contact us via our contact form and we'll look into it straight away.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We can't accept orders for delivery outside the UK at the moment.

Tracking

All orders are sent with a tracked service. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched. Please keep your order confirmation link — it shows your order details at any time.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or the wrong item arrives, contact us via our contact form with your order number and, for damage, a photo. Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
