Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you buy from Mustard & Grace through this website. Please read them before placing an order. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
About us
Mustard & Grace is run by Zhizhou Fu, an individual seller based in China. Our full postal address is available on request — just ask via our contact form.
Orders
- Our products are for sale to consumers with a UK delivery address.
- Your order is accepted, and a contract between us is formed, when your payment is completed and your order confirmation is shown.
- If we can't fulfil your order (for example, an item is unexpectedly out of stock), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay; see Shipping & Delivery.
- Payment is taken through PayPal when you place your order.
- If we discover an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Discount codes
- FAITH10 gives 10% off the value of the items in your first order with us. It doesn't apply to delivery charges.
- It can be used once per customer (per email address) and can't be combined with other codes or exchanged for cash.
- The code currently has no expiry date. If we decide to withdraw it, we'll update this page first; orders already placed are not affected.
Delivery
We deliver within the UK only. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancellations, returns and faulty items
You have a 14-day right to cancel and statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described. See Returns & Refunds.
Product descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour between your screen and the item are possible.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
Your information
How we use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts and you keep the protection of your local consumer law. If you have a problem, please contact us first — we'll do our best to resolve it.
